1. Equipment Rack
In case of welding cracking, rack cracks or deformation in the absence of man-made damage, our company will, depending on the actual situation, repair or replace the equipment and bear all the costs including freight and labor services.
2. Mold Box
In case of cracks in the welding places of the mold box, box leakage (not problems resulting from improper mold installation) our company will, depending on the actual situation, repair or replace the equipment and bear all the costs including freight and labor services.
3. When the electrical control fails or some malfunctioning happen.
1) Inverter
One year of inverter warranty, we will replace it free of charge if it is not damaged due to the fault of the staff.
2) Operating system
In case of failure of the operating system, we will check the entire system and restore it if it is not damaged due to the fault of the staff.
4. Drum
The drum is consumable, for which our warranty period is one year, if deep grooves are found within one year which leads wire clamping during the drawing, affecting production, we will replace it free of charge.
5. Warranty for the Retractable Wire Machine
One year of warranty, in the absence of man-made damage, free maintenance is provided during the period.
6. Easily Damaged Parts and Training Service
Replacement of easily damaged parts and training service for the maintenance and commissioning of the equipment. The training will be carried out at the buyer's factory after the commissioning of the equipment, relevant graphics and other information will be provided too. We also provide online services.
7. Upgrade Service for the Equipment
We will contact the buyer after the next generation of product commissioning and provide the appropriate equipment upgrades, and the buyer can choose the upgrade service they desire.
1) Softwares
If required by the buyers, we will upgrade for free their operating soft wares, including operating interface, operational logic, in the case of requirement by our customer, we can provide free system software packages for customers to upgrade, if there is a need for on-site service, we will charge a fee.
2) Hardwares
For upgrading the hard wares of the equipment, which include improvements of the original designs, the addition of new devices, customers need to pay for the costs of the hard wares necessary for the upgrading as well as for the on-site service provided by our staff.
8. Paid Service
The scope of the paid service includes the maintenance and replacement of all the spare parts of the machine after the warranty period, the technical guidance of the aluminum clad steel production process and other non-free services. All fees and charges are negotiated between the seller and the buyer before the service is finalized.
