Brief Introduction
LZ-8/730 Vertical Looping Wire Drawing Machine is developed and manufactured by Changzhou Skyline Wire&Cable Industry Ltd.. It is an equipment for drawing single aluminum steel wires. This equipment is the second generation of the series. Advantages
Visualization Operation:
During the process of production, it is often necessary to observe the position and movement of the swing arm to determine whether the production is going on smoothly. However, this is impossible with the traditional horizontal wire-drawing machine when the protective cover is on. This problem is solved by our vertical structure designer. By standing in front of the equipment, the worker can see everything going on with the equipment.
Convenience in Thread Winding:
In the event of disconnection, the upright drum wheel design makes it possible and very convenient to remove the residual wires, and very easy to thread wires too, thus reducing production downtime and improving the efficiency.
Simplicity in the Installation of the DrumWheel:
The horizontal drum design makes the inside of the drum parallel to the ground, distinguishing it from the inclined design of traditional wire drawing machines. This design makes the installation and removal of the drum much easier.
